1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and php33 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing php33, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use php33. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of php33 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and play at php33, you must meet all of the following requirements:

php33 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. If we have reason to believe a registered account belongs to a player under the age of 21, the account will be suspended and any funds held will be reviewed. We may require documentary proof of age at any time.

3 Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold only one account at php33. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. php33 is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the player.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed. To complete verification, you will need to provide a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, where required, proof of your payment method. This is a one-time process and is in place to protect your account and ensure funds are returned to the correct person.

• Accepted ID types include Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, and other PHIC-recognised identification.
• Verification documents must be current and clearly legible.
• php33 may request additional verification documents at any time under its standard compliance procedures.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at php33 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). php33 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or foreign currency deposits. Approved payment methods include Philippine bank transfers and supported local e-wallets.

Deposits are credited to your php33 account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor. php33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• php33 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary depending on the payment method and may be subject to the operating hours of your bank or e-wallet provider.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed at php33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game type involved. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform.

General betting rules that apply across all sections of php33:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive a bet confirmation from the platform. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed.
• php33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has started where live data feeds were delayed or disrupted.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of php33 is final, subject to review under the complaints procedure outlined in these Terms.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is submitted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.

Sports coverage at php33 includes Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, international football, boxing, volleyball, esports, and other major sporting events. Event availability may vary.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

php33 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, and other incentive schemes to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific conditions published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at php33:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria will be stated on the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering or turnover conditions have been met.
• php33 does not guarantee the availability of any bonus or promotion. Offers may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
• php33 will not fabricate or exaggerate bonus terms. All conditions are stated plainly. If a promotion page does not list a specific percentage, amount, or deadline, none should be assumed.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

7 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your php33 account. This includes keeping your username, password, and OTP codes confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

php33 uses SSL encryption on all connections to the platform. OTP (one-time password) authentication is available and recommended for all accounts as an additional layer of security.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact php33 support immediately.
• php33 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their login credentials.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

php33 is committed to providing a platform that supports responsible gaming. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries real financial risk. php33 does not promise guaranteed winnings, guaranteed returns, or risk-free outcomes — no honest platform ever can.

The following responsible gaming principles apply at php33:

• php33 is for players aged 21 and above only. Age verification is enforced.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

php33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward php33 staff or other players.

You may close your php33 account at any time by contacting support. If there is a positive balance on your account at the time of closure, and no outstanding compliance holds apply, the remaining funds will be returned to your verified payment method.

10 Limitation of Liability

php33 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and error-free operation, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical issues.

php33 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interrupted connectivity beyond our reasonable control.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform that was subsequently found to be in error, where the error was not deliberate.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of php33.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data

php33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and compliance partners as required to operate the platform and meet applicable obligations.

12 Governing Law and Complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of php33 that cannot be resolved informally should be submitted to php33 support in writing in the first instance.

php33 will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable timeframe and will work in good faith to reach a fair resolution. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may seek independent legal advice under Philippine law.
